Why we made this change
Offering automated analysis free to every visitor stacked up costs faster than revenue. PriceBnb is a solo-operated SaaS, and burning cash on full automation at $0 MRR wasn't honest. So we flipped the model: every signed-up host now gets a personally curated report — the founder picks 10 similar listings by hand and analyses pricing, occupancy, and revenue. Slower, but more thoughtful and more accurate.
